Heather is a Certified Online Business Manager who works with 6 & 7 figure Consultants, Coaches and Visionary Leaders. She specialises in Operations and HR, working with business leaders at a strategic level. The 4P’s - Processes, policies, procedures and planning are Heathers forte alongside having a highly empathetic and intuitive nature, which allows her to support her clients in their business to the highest level.
Her mission is to help as many CEO’s as possible not only build and grow a business they love, but in doing so reconnecting them to a life they love!
When she isn’t an OBM, she is mentoring VA’s to become leaders in their own right.
Heather loves walking her flatcoated retrievers in the Salisbury countryside, as well as working out in the gym in her spare time.
