During my 35+ years of experience in various Executive PA, Office Management, Project Administration and Event Management roles, I have gained experience in many sectors, developed excellent time management and interpersonal skills along with the ability to communicate at all levels, with a logical and analytical approach to solving challenges and issues. My whole purpose has been to facilitate a proactive and creative support system which enables growth and removes blockers in the business.

I have also spent the last few years as a Virtual Assistant, working with a variety of clients to help them manage their teams and processes; providing advice and perspective, a critical eye and ear where needed and in many cases improving their work/life balance in the process.
