After spending years in the corporate world—starting in administration, progressing through office management, and eventually leading IT project management—I launched my Virtual Assistant business in 2020. My mission? To support entrepreneurs and small business owners who have incredible ideas but lack the time, energy, or expertise to build systems that allow their businesses to run smoothly.

I specialise in process optimisation and workflow automation, ensuring that your business operates efficiently and effectively. From refining internal processes to automating repetitive tasks, I help create the structure that allows you to focus on growth rather than daily operations.

Beyond my strategic support, I lead a team of skilled virtual assistants who provide ongoing administrative support, catering to a diverse range of clients, including gardeners, coaches, family mediators, risk managers, and IT support businesses.

When I’m not helping businesses run smoothly, I’m busy running my own! I live in Surrey with my husband, Steve, our two teenage daughters (😳), and our lovable Labrador, Molly. I balance my love of food and good wine with regular gym sessions and running, making sure I can enjoy the best of both worlds!
