Hi, just a quick intro... my name is Sam and I am the founder of Work Smart OBM. I am here to help clients and entrepreneurs to take their business growth to the next level. I will take the day to day pressures from you so that you have more time to do the things you love.
Everyone knows in order to succeed you need to be able to think and in order to do this you need to offload.
That's where I come in. I can offer a strategic approach, introduce systems and help create a clearly defined plan moving forward. Making sure that your team are following the vision that you have moving forward into your next phase.
I thrive in forward thinking and planning, and having over 30 years working within the public and private sectors, my wealth of experience and knowledge is in-depth.
Skills & Training:
Over a broad career I have worked within the NHS, Education, Private sector and also as a Family Liaison Officer.
I have produced presentations, ran workshops and created SOP's. I have worked within different teams with different dynamics. I have experience of projects and budgets and have worked within different timescales.
I am always looking at my portfolio of knowledge and feel it is paramount to continue to develop my skillset.
I have family members and friends that are on the Autistic spectrum and I feel that I am patient, caring and understanding.
The latter is important to me as embracing disability diversity promotes empathy, respect, and equal rights, fostering an environment where people of all abilities can thrive.
