Module 1 - Online Business Models & Trends
Online Business Managers are in demand more than ever for their high level knowledge and skills around such things like lead generation and marketing funnels - in this very first module, we get straight to the nitty gritty of business models and the trends that clients are looking for in a Certified OBM®
Module 2 - The OBM Role & Leadership Competencies
When a Certified OBM® is integrated into a senior role in the business of the 6 and 7 figure entrepreneur, the #1 thing being looked for in that Certified OBM® is confident and competent leadership. The business owner needs someone to take charge, own the trusted space provided to them and take the 365 view of the business, quickly turning goals into plans and those plans into results. For that to be affective, a Certified OBM® needs to lead their team ensure the intended picture becomes a reality
Module 3 - Planning
Planning is another essential part of the role of the Certified OBM® whether that be finances, launches, team, resources. Planning answers two crucial questions, 'where are we going?' and 'how are we going to get there?' A Certified OBM® authentically owns their senior role by directing the planning pathways.
Module 4 - People
Leading a clients business includes leading their teams. This includes managing and supporting the teams, finding and hiring new team members, hiring the best people and managing team challenges.
Module 5 - Process
For the sustainable growth and success of any business, processes are crucial, and as such knowing how to create effective and efficient processes is by necessity an integral part of being an OBM. The lessons in this module will teach you how to effectively create systems, how to document processes and how to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guide for online businesses.
Module 6 - Progress
As an OBM you are working with your client and their team to ensure that the right stuff is getting done, in the right way by the right people at the right time. One way of doing this is found in the business metrics, those key numbers that are often show the early signs of success of failure - on a personal note, the inner geek in me loves this module!
Module 7 - The First 90 Days
In our Certified OBM® community we lovingly like to say, the first 90-days with a new client will make or break you.
