4.2 You must be over 18 years of age to access Our Site. Students requesting membership or training must have either administrative experience, virtual assistant experience, or managerial experience. We may vary or waive these entry requirements for specific programmes.

4.3 It is Your responsibility to make the arrangements necessary to access Our Site.

We may alter and update Our Site at any time for maintenance or improvement purposes.

We do not warrant that Our Site or any Content is available in all locations or suitable for use everywhere. You are responsible for ensuring that using Our Site does not breach any requirements in Your location.

8. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant access upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once You have gained access to the files or materials, We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

You acknowledge and agree that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once access has been granted, whether by download link, delivery email, or portal access. By proceeding with Your purchase, You consent to waive Your 14-day right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law.

Note: This refund policy applies only to digital downloads and standalone digital resources. It does not apply to enrolment in the Certified OBM® Programme, which is governed by a separate Student Agreement.

12.4 We make reasonable efforts to ensure Content is accurate but offer no warranties.

12.5 If You are a business user, We exclude all implied representations, warranties and conditions.

13.1 Nothing excludes Our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13.2 If You are a business user, We accept no liability for loss of profit, business or revenue; loss of opportunity; loss of savings; business interruption; or consequential loss.

13.3 If You are a consumer and digital content from Our Site damages Your device due to Our lack of reasonable care, We will repair the damage or compensate You.

19. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Thrive OBM Academy

19.1 AI tools may be used on Our Site for tasks such as guidance, examples, summaries, content generation and operational functions. AI outputs are for general information only.

19.2 By using AI-enabled features, You give permission for Us to process information You input in order to generate outputs.

19.3 You must not input confidential client information, special category data or information You do not have permission to share.

19.4 You remain responsible for checking all AI outputs before using them in Your business or with Your clients.

19.5 We process personal information in line with Our Privacy Policy. AI tools may process information inside or outside the UK/EU with appropriate safeguards.

19.6 We take reasonable steps to keep data secure. Third-party AI providers may process prompts according to their own terms.

19.7 You must not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any AI features.

19.8 To the fullest extent permitted by law, We exclude liability for any loss arising from use of AI tools.

20. Law and Jurisdiction

20.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2 If You are a consumer, You retain mandatory rights under the law of Your country of residence.
20.3 UK consumers may bring claims in the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
20.4 Business users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
